Virall.net Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Virall.net. Due to the digital nature of our products (templates), we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will consider requests under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you experience a download error or the template file is corrupted, preventing you from using it, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund if a solution cannot be found.
Product Misrepresentation: If you believe the product you purchased was significantly misrepresented in its description or preview materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of your concern. We will investigate the claim and may offer a refund at our discretion.
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Typically Granted:
- Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the product is not grounds for a refund.
- Lack of Editing Skills: We cannot provide refunds if you do not have the software or knowledge to edit the templates.
- Accidental Purchases: Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
